Nadal failed to understand his lessons in Army ROTC. He consider his religion and their laws above our nation. This was reinforce by political correctness in our arm forces because there were several warning signs which should have counter intelligence to investigate him.
We are a nation of diversity until the diversity undermine the constitution. It seems that command fail in the case because there were complaint against him. I still wonder why he was promoted to Major with a bad OER and complaints about his view points which is violating the Espirt de Corps of the Army?
Lisa Marie, you are wrong because the Army will discpline soldiers for this type of harrasment because this is a violation of good order and discpline. This harrasment is a violation of equal opportunity.
